The issue

On certain motorcycles, a software problem could cause the low beam headlamp not to work correctly. Note: This recall only affects the Trident 800 model.

Safety risk

A headlamp that doesn't work correctly can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

What to do

Triumph will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to update the diagnostic software.

To find out whether your motorcycle is affected, contact a Triumph dealer with your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy.
